We always do our best to make sure that you're more than happy with our products and service. If not, then let us know and we will make it right! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the amount you paid for the item. If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. If the item is either faulty or damaged please e-mail to us for confirmation and then we will arrange for a replacement or refund. we will be more than happy to exchange your product or refund the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
